Copyright of all images remains with JamPondPhotography and images are provided to clients with free license (allowing free usage). The photographer reserves the right to use any photographs for marketing purposes and will only provide to third parties with consent of the client

Travel will be charged at cost outside the M25 (at 56ppm if driving)

All invoices are on 30 day payment terms and payable by bank transfer or cheque. Late payments may incur interest at 8% plus Bank Base Rate

A cancellation fee of 50% will apply for bookings cancelled within 14 days of the assignment
